Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping methods for orders within the United States and Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS 2 day flat rate)

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on USPS flat rate shipping and the number of items purchased. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order details.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided by USPS for more accurate delivery estimates.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: All shipments include up to $100 in insurance coverage provided by USPS. Citrus Hill Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers must contact USPS directly for reimbursement. We will do our best to assist you with the process and provide any necessary documentation.
